Food has always been my way of connecting with people. I trained as a chef, built a thriving meal prep business, and now combine my love of teaching and entrepreneurship to inspire others through cooking. Over the years, I’ve led pop-up restaurants, taught kids and adults how to cook with confidence, and consulted with organizations building food and wellness programs.

At the heart of it all, I want to make food approachable, joyful, and meaningful. Whether I’m guiding a group of kids through their first recipe or helping a farm launch a new culinary program, I bring energy, creativity, and expertise to every experience. Salt Your Greens is my way of sharing that passion — creating spaces where people can learn, connect, and discover just how fun cooking can be.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you can usually find me exploring new places with my two kids, searching out hidden food spots, or spending time with friends and family. Cooking, for me, is about more than recipes — it’s about building memories, and I love bringing that spirit to every class, meal, and collaboration.
